Galit Ringach (she/her) is the Executive Director and founder of RootedInLocal, launched in 2025 to reimagine how we connect with our food — and the people who grow it. With a background in Environmental Science and Studies, Galit blends her passion for agriculture, food justice, and food systems to build a more local, transparent, and resilient food supply chain.
